We were recently lucky enough to get some time with the winemaker at Pizzini Wines, Joel Pizzini. We asked him about the fascinating and meticulous method used to create the Pizzini flagship wines the Coronamento Nebbiolo and the Rubacuori Sangiovese. At La Dolce Vita festival we had been lucky enough to get a little taste of these magnificent wines and when he told us how they were made, we just HAD to get it on video for everyone else to here.
