Australians seem to be averse to cellaring their own wines, so Allandale Wines has done the cellaring for you. We recently grabbed an 03 and 98 Semillon from their Hunter Valley cellar door. The place is nicely laid out and the service there was knowledgeable and friendly.Their whole range of wines has something for everyone. I’m with you Tim. Semillon gets better over time but only really good with food. Would never pour myself a glass for the taste. You guys seem to be having a blast. Keep up the good work!
