Live as it happens (almost). Follow the journey of 2 intrepid wine makers breaking all the rules to make their dream drop.

We had some fantastic suggestions on how best to press our wine, however, many of the suggestions came after we shot this little effort. Watch and seeĀ  how we overcame the final hurdle – it was quite a strain!

Great solution guys!!! It’s a shame you weren’t able to top the barrel with CO2 so it doesn’t oxidize but hey, when you’re in the desert…

Good job, can’t wit to see how it turns out.

My 2 cents: being in the desert, where are you going to get your sturgeon belly finings? Emu egg may uplift the flavour and make up for your choice of barrel.

Make sure you keep the recipe, I want to know if your experiment works out!
